Closed captions not working correctly for some languages.

In my Roku custom player, the closed caption is working fine for languages except for Hebrew. When I select the Hebrew language, it just shows some rectangles in place of actual characters. I tried choosing the Hebrew language in the YouTube app as a closed caption and that did perfectly fine. I'm attaching a screen recording of the player below for more clarity. The closed captions are in the WebVTT format.
