Channel to act as "Power Off" for RokuTV's

Im trying to create a channel that will purely act as the "power off" button on a Roku TV (Sharp, Insignia, etc), but I havent had any luck finding source material...
(it's simply to provide the same option the remote's power button would, but either be able to use it using my phone as the remote & so i dont turn off/on the RokuTV in the nearby room)

I haven't found anything public yet, but have downloaded the required SDK files & started a Lot of reading...

if anyone could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated!

There doesn't seem to be a way to do this as Roku does not expose the power button via ECP

For Roku TVs, you can use the ECP PowerOff key. This was missing from the documentation, but has been added now.
