Audio cuts out for first 2 seconds on my videos during playback

My Channel's videos are being streamed as HLS from Wistia. Overall, the videos play back great, except that the first 2 to 3 seconds of the video's audio drops out. I've tried prebuffering the videos using m.Video.control = "prebuffer" but it still happens. Of course, this is only a problem if there is narration within the first 2 to 3 seconds, which is about half the time. The videos are perfect on Wistia (no drop out of audio). Anyone have any ideas?
