Accessibility not found in roku settings

I  bought a Roku stick 3600X 6 months ago and it shows Accessibility-> Audio Guide. But i bought another Roku stick a month ago. This doesn't have accessibility. The firmware version in both devices are 7.6.0. 
Please help me to find the accessibility.

Does the second stick have the same model number or is it a non-US unit? Audio Guide is only available on units for the US.  On devices without Audio Guide, you should instead see a Closed Captions menu.

The second roku in which Audio Guide did not appear was linked to Outside US account. So reason should be the one you mentioned. Will link with US account and check. Thanks for helping.
