Badges are just more social media garbage.  I just ignore them.

You know what would be better than badges? Having a customer service department that paying customers can contact for issues.

You know what would be better than badges? Having a chat that loads.

You know what would be better than badges? A customer service phone number so we can get answers.

Here's a badge for you. It is called a one star badge. it represents the customer service that Roku provides and the final number of Roku devices that I have and will buy since the company is useless.
