Has anyone else paid for games ( Wheel of Fortune, Galaga, Pacman) & they didn't get them? I have called, did a chat, went to support & still get no answers. These are $4.99 each. If they aren't going to support them then they should say so.
Somebody else recently posted this. I think you should let Roku know.
Roku does not upload or maintain these games Bandai-NAMECO does.
If theyre not maintaining their product then maybe they should be removed.

- How did you go about purchasing these game channels?
- What is the serial number from Settings>System>About of the Roku device that you used to purchase these game channels?

I had the same thing happen tonight. I tried to add Wheel of Fortune (didn’t realize it was a game though!). No cost was listed and it won’t let me add the “channel.” Now I’ve been charge $4.99 for it. How do I get rid of it and refunded?
