Danny, Do you know if the Sunday NFL Ticket is available on Roku? If so, how do I get it and what is the cost?   Thanks for your help,

Re: what's the customer support phone number

These posts are so popular, with no more purpose.  Since everything this particular topic-and even related ones-has already been thoroughly carefully and very descriptively covered.  Over and over again in fact  Even my own dogs stop chasing their tails eventually.  People here seem not to figure this out as fast as my dogs have done.

It's now turned into just a convenient topic catch-all dumping place.  What's next, the kitchen sink too?

Thank you.  Although I still feel bad for the failed-by-the-"educational" system masses that are (or will be) let down for the rest of their extremely cheated lives.

customer support need phone number

Jump to solution

I have spent the last hour trying to use this crummy "contact" system that doesn't contact anyone. When I went to bed last night all 5 ROKU's were working properly. This morning, I tried to used the ROKU in my office and got the message that it could not launch the selected app because there was not enough space available. Wow, what changed overnight? So I deleted about 10 apps and am down to 65 now. I tried it again and got the same message. Then I remembered, several weeks about my credit card was hacked and they sent me a new card number. Since my auto payments on AT&T and APPLE automatically update to the new number, I assumed ROKU also would. Wrong. So I went into my profile and updated the credit card information. Still the same response, not enough space. So, I tried the ROKU in the basement (same model). It works just fine with 75 apps. What do I do next?

@Phreddy

First off, you dont post to this mega thread about needing the phone number with the phone number listed repeatedly many times.

Second, your issue wont be resolved via phone support (it only handles accounts/billing issues, and first time setup/activation).

Third, a list of 8-10 workarounds has been repeatedly posted in many threads with the same/similar issues - try it.

Fourth, if you somehow cant find any of the many threads/fix lists, create a new thread stating your problem.

1st, the only thing that is listed many times is the need for a phone number to handle such issues. If it is so simple, why didn't a smart guy like you provide the number.

2nd, you made my point. There is no phone number to handle these issues, only for billing.

3rd, If your such an expert, why can't you point me to the answer instead of telling to to go back and look some more.

4th, I still expect a phone number to handle technical issues.

Get a life, your not helpful.

Let me put this in the most simplistic way possible.  There will be no margin of error, or any more me toos  running amok in a forum that is not really designed for intensive problem solving.

When you buy  Do-It-Yourself products such as streaming devices, self help books, and paint cans, you will be simply ON YOUR OWN.  What you (and the other me toos) that keep on asking or demanding is far more than what can be reasonably discussed on a fan based forum will go way beyond what can possibly even be talked through a phone call, and/or instant chat, or just a basic email.

What all of you me toos need is to hire an expert from Best Buy (or similar) and figure out what is needed to set up your particular project in your own home/business.  Or solve your individual gripe by trial and error as most here have done.  Stop asking for freebie unattainable "help" from a fan based and orientated forums.   It just an online virtual gathering place of sorts.  Nothing more.

This is now really crossing into abusive territory for overly  pushy cheapskates milking the unsuspected other forum members into places where no one who is not employed by Roku needs to be.

Go away and just leave us all be.
