I want to add a Web channel I subscribe to on other devices: Metopera.org. I want to add it to my Roku lineup. They don't seem to have a way to do that.

Go to the Roku channel store. Be sure you're logged in.

Is this the right one? If so, add the channel. (It will appear at the bottom of your installed channels. You can select it, press *, and choose 'Move channel' and put it at the top if you like.)

Do NOT trust a toll free phone number for Roku support. Roku doesn't have one, but many scammers do.

Do you care to please send me that number as well? I have fraudulent charges and have been all over customer support trying to figure out how to cancel a subscription for NFL, because my bank account says I was charged, but the customer support page is saying I have no subscriptions. This is false because I do in fact have other subscriptions I HAVE authorized to purchased. Please, I am going crazy over here!
