Yeah... no one's going to read that. I tried and gave up after I couldn't see any point coming in the near feature. Maybe sum up the problem in a sentence or two so someone can make a suggestion that could help or maybe you're not looking for any help here.
If you want anyone to read that, you are going to need use formatting (paragraphs, spacing, etc).
What "perfectly good app"app was removed/cant run?
I need to speak with a person
Is there any way to actually speak to a real live person. I need to speak with someone about the problem I am having
I've been the site for roughly 30 minutes and yet to find any solution to my problem. On particular NBC channel consistently acts up during prime time TV on a regular basis. When I check the streaming speed, it is low, but then appears to fix itself over time, occasionally. My question is this ~ is ComCast/Xfinity screwing with my internet speed because I dropped their other services. If so, why would my streaming speed only affect one channel??? Thanks to anyone who can help me understand this issue. (redklay03@gmail.com)

PS: Just after posting this, a Roku community member provided great feedback! Thx. for that!!! Amazingly, a Roku-generated survey popped-up asking me if I liked the Roku community support and would it influence my continue purchases of Roku products. Simply amazing. You can't get support from them and yet they instantly send you a survey for feedback.
@redklay03 issues with a specific channel is usually pointing to a problem with that service. It might be the provider is having service issues, or there's an issue with the app/channel itself. in both cases, the best place to look for support if the service provider. If you are subscribing to this NBC channel directly with NBC, then they are whom you need to contact. If you are getting access though a different channel, say perhaps the Xfinity channel, then Comcast is whom you need to contact. Roku only provides the platform for channel providers. They themselves only offer The Roku Channel and Roku Media Player. For those two channels, Roku is who you would contact with issues.
If you are having problems with multiple channels, then it's certainly possible the Roku device is having an issue. But it's also possible there's a problem with either your home network or your Internet access. But with only one channel, it's unlikely to be the Roku, your network, or your Internet access.
One final caveat: I did encounter problems with Netflix once several years ago. After intense investigation by my ISP (with prodding from my state's AG office), they discovered that something outside their firewall, meaning somewhere on the Internet itself, was interfering with my Netflix connection. If it's something like that, it's out of the hands of your ISP or the content provider. My problem went away on its own after about 4 months. Whoever was messing with it must have finally tired of hijacking Netflix streams.

Perhaps if you can provide some detail, someone here might be able to assist. Need to know what the problem is, and what specific Roku model you have (not the name, the model number). If it's a billing issue, then yes you need to talk to Roku, and you reach them through this web site: https://support.roku.com/category/202683127
I am going to do this ONE LAST TIME!!
This worked for me and absolutely NO ONE has acknowledged the fact that
I have posted this at least four times:
Canadian ROKU Support Phone is: 1-888-621-0891
They may be able to transfer to the one in the USA.
Worth a try, if nothing else!!
I'd at least like one Kudo for the effort. I am now with @Iona-D THE BANK IS CLOSED!!!!

They know their phone lines will be blowing up with all the phone calls from very dissatisfied users.
