@Dieralily72 A Roku player can only be connected to a display. A PC might have a display, but almost no PCs have a video input, which would be necessary to accept the Roku's output.
There are two things you can do with a PC with a Roku. There are apps available that allow you to control your Roku via the computer, but that doesn't send the Roku's output back to the PC. The other is that you can access The Roku Channel via the Roku web site, and anything that is available though that channel can be viewed on the PC.
I am getting so frustrated going in circles trying 2 find out why I am still being charged when I already canceled my subscription. Now that I’m canceled, I can’t get back into the system!! Please do not send me 2 a link that won’t allow me 2 access because my account is canceled & cannot get in!!!!!

I don't think there is a customer service number but maybe check the back of your Roku box the device came in. There might be one there.
Roku seems to be quite adept at dodging customer inquiries and issues.
please provide the number. my tv will turn off automatically, then back on.
It did not happen when first installed, it began 2 months later.
I have been to the community, to no avail.
There is no customer service phone number. Everything must go through their web site: https://support.roku.com/contactus
But if you're having issues with a Roku TV, you must contact the TV manufacturer. Roku themselves do not make Roku TVs.
I cannot find an answer to my question--WHY DOES THE PRICE CHANGE FROM THE SHELF TO THE CART WITHIN A FEW SECONDS? Why is there no one to ask??
Hi @FeliciaLMHC,
We appreciate you reaching out to us.
For order-related issues, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, here: https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able to further assist you.
Thanks,
Mary
Your customer service sucks, no grey area to it. It is impossible to get any type of assistance. I will be surprised if you are still in business in the near future. Pull a couple dollars out of your yearly bonus money and hire someone that will actually answer a support number.
Nice try. Won't work here. I repeat: https://community.roku.com/t5/Community-Discussions/I-cam-here-for-help-and-got-nothing-but-spam/td-...
