My response was the post above mine. I agree that if you ordered some hardware and haven't received it Roku needs to provide some assistance.
Oh I'm sorry I got an email lol saying I was replied to.
I can not cancel the subscription because it is not in my name and the will not.
I did not authorize it. If was in the TV and because I did not do a factory reset before putting in my info got stuck.
I told them all this and yes because I did not order it and could not access it I am due a refund.
Check out my previous posts on this and similar topics. I hate to repeat myself.
The Roku answer is bull. going there sets up an endless loop of no chat and no email.

Hard to believe that is NO PHONE NUMBER ANYMORE. And there probably never will be again. Not even a chat option!
