I'm trying for awhile now to contact customer service. To know avail have I spoken to someone about charges. It's very difficult to find email for contact. Since you said because of the situation this is the only way to speak to a agent. I'm telling you this gave me a migraine searching for you. They know Exactly how to get in touch with you Ridiculous. 😥
I have a set up question that has not gotten help in the forum here. Can I contact customer support even though we're told there is no support for set up? What are we supposed to do if we can't use their product? Are there Roku representatives here who will help? I posted about not being able to get past the check quality of display screen and only got an answer that ignored what I said...
I got customer support. They have NO phone support at all for any issue right now, "due to the situation," which of course makes no sense at all. However, if you go to customer support and choose your issue as billing, it will give you a chat option, the chat person transferred me to tech support! I first googled and tried multiple things and I then asked in the community and waited days. I got no help. Would they rather me return it because I can't use it?
I tried Chat for technical support as well but they could not help.
I will be returning my second device due to activation issues and no technical support available & unfortunately, seek out another brand.
They do not care one way or the other. That's strickly up to you what you do with your device after purchase All that matters is ad pushing, tech licensing, or your eyeballs. In case you have not figured this out it translate into you (and everyone else here) are now a proud owner of a Loss Leader, not a primary product.
I purchased a Roku streaming stick device and never received it, the tracking number sent me to the ups telling me the device was returned because they didn't have my address. What BS the website has my address, I was charged and now I can't even call my one to demand my money back. I filed a fraud claim to my bank. And no there isn't a written link saying where is my device that I purchased here.
You will only get recording.
After many post, I finally go through to on-line chat, Customer Service chat on-line. They would not stop the re-occurring charge on my Credit Card. After 20 minute of chatting did not fix anything. They are billing me, know where the order came from and still would not stop billing me, it was my daughter's old room mate who is not gone.. Told me to cancel card. Not helpful.
If someone in your household made the charge, regardless if you approved of it, it's hard to argue that Roku owes a refund. Cancel the subscription so no further charges, absolutely.
