You have 3 choices for contacting Roku involving issues. 

1. Roku's Own Forums,. 2.  Email/Private Messages. 3.  The retailer you purchased the product from or directly from the app's own website's  contacts listings options   itself for app problems-my personal favorite now.

The Call Center does not exist anymore.  I don't know why I have not gotten around to deleting it from my phone's Contacts yet (too lazy?).  Reality does not change either way.

I feel that does not imply that I am happy with these present more limiting choices.  I did liked having the Roku Call Center when it existed until just recently.  I think it is a great additional contact option as well as being a great advertisment of any corporation worth it's salt.

Too bad Roku chose to "pull the plug" on this  more personal touch option.  This new way is not working out very well at all.  Cost cutting should not involve alienating present and even future customer users.

Yup, that's the FORMER Roku Call Center own phone number.  As of the last time I attempted to contact them, it is only a disconnected one with no one answering at the other end.

Um. The number is available through a simple google search. I’m not sure what all the secrecy is about.

Be very careful with a Google search for a Roku support phone number. There are literally dozens of scam sites that claim to be Roku when you do a search. The number you show isn't one, but the scammers almost always offer a toll free phone number, which Roku does not have.

It’s very frustrating when I can’t get somebody live on the line to help you. I canceled fox nation nine months ago and I was just charged for it again and now they say I can watch it until next year. I haven’t watched it in nine months why would I want to watch it till next year. I want a refund, if this is being moderated, I wish somebody would get back to me to number one make sure it is canceled so it doesn’t happen again in a to discuss a refund on something that I canceled nine months ago.

Hopefully @RokuDanny-R can offer some assistance. But have you logged into your Roku user account (https://my.roku.com) and confirmed the subscription is not listed there? If it's not there, you shouldn't be getting charged through Roku. If it was a direct subscription, Roku can't help there.
