It will depend on the subscriptions involved, and if any of them are through Roku or separate with the provider. Send a private message to @RokuDanny-R with the email address of the account and the subscriptions you are referring to. Don't post any private information here in the forum.

[post edited] no one will answer you will get a recording saying no phone support because of the pandemic. In other words they are saying "we don't give a **bleep** about our customers".
When you try to complete the online form for help, it says the phone number is invalid, no matter what. Basically it’s broke and won’t let you submit. Pretty pathetic for a business like this. It’s like they don’t want to help, they want the community to do it for them.
Just call it like it is. The call center simply no longer exists.

Danny R. People want to talk to a live person. When are you going to get that through your thick skull. Another thing my earlier post when I posted Roku phone number, the phone number was edited out. Bad public relations

Roku has always removed their phone number from posts here. This goes back long before the situation. They want users to step through the self-help pages before providing the number.
Is that the best way? I can't say. But for now since there's no one answering the phone anyway, why bother posting it here? Send a PM to Danny with your account particulars, and he'll have someone contact you.
