Can anyone please tell me what the customer service number is for Roku? I am in the US.
And please don't tell me to go to https://support.roku.com/contactus. I have been all over that sight and all over this sight trying to find issues for my problem. I have also sent too many emails back and forth. The useless sight listed above wouldn't even give me the option to send an email unless I lied and said that I had a billing issue. I don't, my issue is with the functioning of my device.
I know that many people have posted before requesting a customer service number, but in reading the responses to their posts no number was ever given. That's why I'm posting this now. Why all the secrecy?

Thanks for the post.
For account and billing related issues, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, here: https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able further assist you.
Thanks,
Danny
They don't want people to swamp the phone lines with questions that can be answered here.
Especially with the Pandemic changing the basic way of doing business -ike Call Centers.
I keep their Customer Phone Number in my own Phone's Contacts. I will send it to you in your Private Message as I don't think Roku won't like me to post it publicly. I doubt there is anyone picking up the phone there right now.
This tv is the worst product that i ever had I'm being charge for channels i cancel before the 30 days and i don't understand why i'm paying for roku channels and it a roku tv so being that i can;t speake with someone just cancel both r0ku and hulu so i won't get charge again next month
While I certainly understand 90% of their technical/installation support is a simple fix and can be handled with the customer reading the solution/solutions. However; sometimes a user may be a little more experienced (than just rebooting,re-installing-when all else fails reFORMAT.ha! -remember those days?) Anyway, there are issues that just require "talking" through the issue. Perhaps an issue is hard to explain, way too much verbiage to type etc...
I have installed 5 ROKU devices and starting 6th when I ran in to interesting configuration issue regarding Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6 router. Would not think new ASUS router would be an issue...but it is...I won't bore you with details but setup with other routers, not issue, re-tried with ASUS (only Wi-Fi 6) and issue returns. See why speaking with an engineer would be important. Possibly saving them future issues as more customers begin upgrading to 6. Soo.. could I perhaps ask you for the number as well?
Many thanks for any and all assistance,
Ken

Speaking with an engineer would be of great assistance. But you'll never get an engineer on a support line for a general consumer product like this. Unfortunately, you'll only get some call center person that has a script to follow, and in many cases have no idea how the product actually works and have no personal tech experience at all.
All you will get is a recording that says because of the situation, no one works there any more.
Iona,
I spent 20 minutes responding to you, and then I get "An unexpected error occurred" and my whole post was gone. I should have CTRL+C so I'd have it. I want to contact you, but I see no choice to do so.
If Roku can't have a working customer service/technical support line, it is pathetic. There is no excuse. Almost every business, including streaming channels, have live support. Try HULU, or FUBO, or others and see they do.
