The CW channel/app seems to be playing fine.  If you are using any sort of detectable ad-blocker installed at router or network level, users will be met with that error message. (verified some ad-blockers will trigger this message).

The above regarding ad-blockers is about the only issue mentioned currently on WB Known Issue page as well.
