I contacted customer support over a week ago because my Roku stick stopped working overnight. I unplugged it, tried plugging it into another TV and tried to reset it, but nothing resolved the issue. The agent said that because it is still under guarantee, I could return it. He said he would forward my details to the warehouse, who would email me with information about where to return the stick. The warehouse has not contacted me and there is no way for me to get in touch with them. If they don't get in touch soon, it is likely that I may be without the stick until the New Year!
Will someone at Roku please let me what the process and timescale is for returning a faulty item?
