Normally, on an online forum, there are subdivisions. You can post and read posts on specific areas of interest.
For example, I'd like to post on a specific app (Spectrum TV) that Spectrum customers would find interesting, or might, but non-Spectrum customers wouldn't care about.
And there are general Roku areas of interest, too, I'm sure.
Instead, we have one giant pot with everyone's posts. What a mess. Who thought this was a good idea?
Actually, there are many sub-groups here in the community. I agree that all Roku TV discussions are under a single subheading, but under Roku Player there are nine separate sub-groups. There is a specific sub-group for channel discussions, and there are multiple threads dealing with the Spectrum channel. Due to the staggering number of channels available on Roku devices, it would be ridiculous to attempt to have a sub-group for each one.
Probably the biggest confusion is when a moderator merges threads, as each post retains its subject line from the former thread, and the lines get jumbled up within a thread. But that's all controlled by the software they use for the community. I've certainly seen better forum software, but I'm not paying the bill so didn't get a say in it. 🙂

I cannot find "under Roku Player" anywhere.
@Kieran449 That's the search box. On the main forum page near the top is a line of forum sections, each with a drop down list of sub-areas. The first selection is Roku Player support, and if you click it a drop down list has nine sub-forums for different topics. But as I mentioned before, there's far too many channels available for Roku devices to have a sub-section for each one. But there is a specific sub-forum for channel issues and questions.
Thanks. I found it. Doesn't say "Forum" anywhere, but I did find it. I have been using Google search to find different areas in the ROKU website.
That's because this isn't a forum. It's a "Community". Goes along with Roku calling them "channels" when all other devices call them "apps". 😄
Whatever this hodge podge of topics mass commentaries are, call it what you want to. It does not matter in the end. The creators and maintainers of this online service apparently are very happy with their end result.
It is performing exactly as intended. Otherwise it would not still exist!
It’s pure garbage. I’ve maintained communities MUCH larger than this. Horrible interface, lack of Roku involvement, just a smelly sewer.
Roku users since 2016 with five devices. The more Roku sells content with ZERO support, the more it appears we’ll dump Roku for Apple in the next month or two. Once Netflix pulls the cord on subsidizing the company, it’s lights out. Their new strategy isn’t backed up with support, so G’bye!
Too bad. How about another way of looking at this unique jumble of disorganization. If that's a real word.
It works! Just not in the way logical forums usually would. This attitude allows me to adjust to the. Roku Way of living/working with their products. So I don't have to tear at my hair and clothes when nothing Roku works or make much sense.
I can still be here in relative comfort and stability and that is the most important part of all.
