Well if youve restarted the device and still.......

I would look at the TV.

ROKU does not seem to have the staff for answering questions from the public. The CEO and other top executives are stripping all of the money away. They handed themselves 12 to 13 million dollar salaries annually and shares that they continue to sell, eating away at investor's profits.

Agreed. Roku support is absolutely horrible. Switching out all of my devices with Amazon Fire Sticks.

Absolutely terrible customer service due to unable to contact a person. No chat !   I love Roku , but Seriously considering moving to Amazon firestick or Apple. Customer needs to be more accessible and responsible to its customers.

Agree.  Very disappointed.  Software quality control is also lacking.  Glad I learned from just a Streaming Stick and didn't buy a Roku TV.

My Roku 3 just STB.  Lost interest anyway.  Got tired of the constant ads on YouTube.  At least with a Firestick, I can download an ad-free version of YouBoob.

I agree I just spent I am waiting and waiting for them and the person was just like I understand your situation I’m like all right so can you help me and they just sat there and ignoring me there’s no support or are they just getting paid to sit there and ignore you or what like I’m so frustrated and there’s no number to call

I quite agree.

The Roku software is nice, and the capabilities are good, and it did make me interested in their TVs, but if you can't get any support (see my other postings) and they are happy to steal your returned goods, then there is absolutely no way I am ever buying Roku again.

Do you have a Twitter account? I haven't used @RokuSupport but  I have used Twitter support accounts for other companies and had good luck resolving issues there.
