This is a Statement of Fact. Not a request to fix anything, as you cant get that.
If you look at each of the subjects in the forums and each of the Ideas they have to Fix things, it all comes around the idea that ITS YOUR ROKU.
I got onto the CS, and chatted, and have come to the conclusion its an AI.

I gave them this link to check the problem. And all they wanted was My info, to reset my Roku. Which they have done already at least 3-4 times, including remotely.
I could give you a picture, an I did for the CS AI, showing the page. The AI cant get to the page. They get an error, it says. Another time it said they cant get a signal.
It can not check the channels or any programming. Even Jan(moderator) found my post from 1 week ago, and tried(I think) to contact Roku.

HERE, go check the problem. The Roku Help AI, which can do hardware only, would not answer my Question if it saw the problem. I had to TELL IT. to compare the Title with the lower pictures, and they DONT match for a CARTOON. The Cartoon (Look thru the season(its Mixed up)). There is 1 part of a cartoon in there. And It dont even play.
SO, who do I need to Upset/pissoff, to get enough attention to get something fixed?
There are boatloads of: Wrong Video on the Roku Channel type posts these days. It seems like they have quite a mess. Want to upset them? Stop watching it? Admittedly easy for me to suggest since I haven't watched that one in years.
@ECAsh If your Roku player is the model listed in your sig line, it's a wonder it still works at all. The Roku HD was released back in 2009 and hasn't been supported for many years. If that's not the player you're using, please let us know what player (model number) you have.
But as @Strega2 mentioned, there's many mislabeled videos in The Roku Channel. we don't know if Roku is receiving them mislabeled or if Roku is making mistake themselves. All that can be done is to report them to Roku and hope they get it resolved.

Explain to me how to post without selecting SOME Hardware. Try posting with nothing at the end, after you have created the post. Where it wants MORE data, And None of it is anything related.
@ECAsh We have asked you to clarify what your problem is, and what Roku device you're using. None of your posts identify a specific problem, and as I mentioned if you're using an old Roku HD player it's no longer supported. Your post isn't making any sense.

I went to PRIME. .the Video THERE IS FINE... So WHO mess it up?

Replace video with 1 of the 2 shows. As its NOT the animation, Change the Picture and description, OR change the Video to whats ON PRIME, Where you got it.

Play it... ITS NOT an animation. IT IS NOT the program Neko and the sword of light.
WHO FLUBBED THIS??
Either remove it, or FIX IT to neko, or the Drama that is happening.
