Here is an excerpt from an email I just got.
"Hi #####
Here at Roku, we are working on some new concepts and I'm hoping to get your feedback to make sure we are meeting our users' needs. We're partnering with User Interviews to help us manage the participants and distribute the incentives for this research. The research will be conducted remotely via Zoom between Tuesday October 4, 2022 and Wednesday October 5, 2022.
Each session only takes 1 hour, and you'll receive a $100 gift card as a thank you via User Interviews.
If you're interested in sharing your feedback, please complete a short survey below to see if you qualify!
Best,
Iris Yung

You probably should remove the link associated with "Apply to see if you qualify" from the forum post as the link includes the "participent_id" that is unique to your email.
I didn't include it and don't see the said link.
I believe the Roku mods removed it for you. It was visible when you initially posted. (It was in the body of the email, but still required your account password in order to proceed). Either way, not there anymore, you are good to go. 👍
Hello,
I just received an email from PRC Market research requesting qualified applicants to take part in a 90 minute survey about Roku and it's products that promises $150 reward in exchange
These surveys are said to take place from October 10-21,2022.
Is this a legitimate email? The email I received states the following and I quote,:
We are working with Roku to recruit Roku customers to participate in an upcoming customer research study. | |
Thanks for the inquiry.

How can someone ensure that the email from Roku? Is there any legitimate way to understand?
Hi @MarcLeroy
I hope you're doing well.
Could you reply here with a photo of the email you received from Roku? In that way, we'll be able to confirm if it is legitimate.
We look forward to your response.
All the best,
Kariza
Thanks for the solution.
