I bought the product, it doesn't work for me. Where is the free support? Volunteers in the community?
I suppose that is and Roku has provided that platform. I surrender! I bought Roku and have no movie, not One, did get free support from the community on the Roku provided platform, but alas still not 1 min of viewing a show. Can anyone tell is there any other support other than we confused users in the community? I would be happy if i could watch just 1 show for my money spent.
WOW I'm a level 7 already and still have never seen a Roku show. sigh
Could be provide some details about your issue? What Roku do you have? What channel(s) is the problem?

You shouldn't be making multiple posts for the same issue. Hard for someone to see what's happening or provide assistance.
Like @renojim in that tread, I must admit that I also suspect the Cricket hotspot. But this is just based on some past experience I have had where cell hotspots were creaky/cranky things. Are you planning to use that for your regular Roku access? I ask because the Cricket page I found says: " *10 GB at high speeds; after 10 GB of usage, hotspot speeds slow to 128kbps." But maybe you're on a different plan.
