Ok Have tried looking for a Customer Support Email for ROKU and cannot find it.
Frustrating that this company is in big demand right now, most other companies have Customer support working from home and here an IT company wont even make the contact email easily accessible on their Site

This is what the Web Page says if anyone from ROKU is reading:
Situation update - Our customer support agents are unable to answer phone calls or chats at this time. Please email our support team and they will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
SO where is the Email address?
I found it going thru the website and just started by saying I had billing issues, then another page comes up and eventually it let me contact customer service via an email just by clicking contact. No email address is provided but I did get to send my question which is not billing but I contacted them anyway. Sorry I am not very technically advanced so I am probably not explaining myself correctly. Just keep going thru help pages and it will appear somewhere along the way.

My UKTV issue was answered, however for the Other two Issues, No one has replied.
But it is very poor customer service if this is how ROKU wish to service their products like this.

totally agree, the customer support links are total joke, we need email or customer service.
I really don't mean to get into an argument and understand you are only trying to help.
However The ROKU website says
CONTACT via Email
So where is the Email address, it's been week's since this has been up, it doess not take that long to change a Web Page surely!!!
Yes frustrated, and Removing and re installing has not helped for Nat Geo or History Chl, only UKTV.
Absolutely dismal customer service from an Internet IT company.
It is precisely these companies who should now be providing the best of services in these times.

This is stupid every other company can have online chat why Roku can't work from home is beyond me
