Based on my subject there was a message saying no related issues were found.

I typed in my issue and there was an error with some authentication mismatch.

and the text I typed was lost !

They have drastically shortened the life span of the cookie you log in with. That sounds like the cookie expired before you hit submit. They are trying to block some of the scammers that have recently posting garbage here, but I don't think that's the best way to go.

Thanks, It could be the cookie expired.  But I think the issue is, the page let me start a post before I had created a username.  After I was done with my message, I clicked Send and then there was some error, I guess because I didn't have a username and then my message was erased.

Over the decades I have had occasional forum glitches so I long ago got into the habit of typing anything of any significance into a local application and then copy and paste to the forum.  This forum does seem more glitchy to me than "average".

       You need to check the "I'm not a robot" captcha before you send your message. There's been too many spam messages being posted here so the moderator instuted that to reduce the amount of spam messages  on this ooard.

The Post button shouldn't be visible or enabled until "I'm not a robot" is clicked or the "I'm not a robot" should be clicked before starting a post.   I hope this can be fixed.

Since the upgrade in the forum software in 09/2019, I have had 1858 sign in's. If you go to your own profile and scroll way down to your stats they keep count of your sign in's. It used by alot worse when I had a win 7 computer using IE, It didn't keep my email and password so each sign in I had to enter it. Thats changed with new computer and win10 using chrome.

        Actually, you can type your post as usual and then check the I am not a robot box before you post it. And the post button is visible immediately, you just have to check the i am not a robot box before clicking on the post button to post your response.

The posting is stopping here we were talking about the volume of commercials and they won't even let me reply and no one has responded to my three requests. The problem is when you put on the sound leveling the The voice syncing is off. This is on the Roku channel you are in control of the commercials. I tried to post another topic and it won't let me. On certain commercials when I'm watching Roku station they go up 50% the volume it's ridiculous. One of them is that three insurance company, rakuten commercial, the one for the sweet tomatoes they go up so loud my neighbor has complained. It's on the Roku channel and you guys need to fix it. Sound leveling does nothing it's a wasted feature on my Roku device
