@RKKN if you're having issues with a single channel, then it's best to contact the channel provider. In this case, that's CBS, as they are responsible for the functionality of their channel.
Also, please answer two questions: what is the model number of your Roku device, and where are you located?
I'm just getting started trashing Roku. I've been a customer of Roku for many years, since it first came out. But I will never buy another roku device since they have decided they can censor and decide what channels I put on it.
Sadly I just bought a new 40 inch "roku tv" that arrived a few days before I found out.
Never again, and I will warn everyone I know to stay away from anything to do with Roku. Wish I had bought a real smart TV now.

Roku has always had the ability to control what was available on your device. That hasn't changed. What has changed is they are no longer permitting channels (apps) that are not approved via their channel store. This is no different that the way Apple controls the iTunes store and their phones, iPads and Apple TV. For legal reasons (my best guess), Roku has decided to remove support for non-certified channels. That decision has angered many users at the extreme opposites of the spectrum. But if you read the end user terms of use agreement, you'll see that Roku has always had the ability to remove non-certified channels at any time and without warning or explanation.
I understand their reasoning for it, but it's unfortunate that some worthwhile content will be removed. I am making no judgement about any of the content that is going away, but it's within Roku's rights to do so.
