Order "processing" for 5 days now

There is no way to contact Roku for info.  My confirmation email link show I ordered 9/13/23, here it is 9/18/23 and it's still "processing"

No link to cancel the order, no update on shipping, which will be just a hey we printed the label.... WTH??

I had exactly the same experience placing an order online (with a different company). After calling and getting lost in the menus, getting disconnected, etc, I finally got to leave a VM for a return call from a human. While I waited, it dawned on me that the date was two days past my cc bill due date. Before I got a callback, I called the cc company, the auto-attendant confirmed it was overdue, I made a payment transfer from checking to cc, and the order status changed. I didn't answer the return call. Never made human contact in the entire process.
