I still don't get it with all these sorts of people writing to this and other forums asking for-mostly-non existent help with anything Roku problems.  They don't read previous posts.  They don't even try to describe the issues in better detail involved even on  these  forums.  All is mostly presented here and elsewhere is repeat complaints and way too obvious questions. "I.E.  What is the email address?"

One more time for sanity's sake.  You purchased a product/service that has no support.  Except in very limited ways.  That's it.  Through  these forums, limited emails, and the like.  Why do you ask?  This is the real price we all paid for cheaper streaming.  You bought either loss leader product(s) or a third party subscription for paid access to apps' paywall- pr both.

After reading your reply, my impression was  anger, frustration, or irritation expressed on your part.

Perhaps part of my post did invoke these emotions in you.  My apologies if this occured.

Part of my post inquired about an e-mail address for Roku.  In your post, you stated "If you have sort of issue or even a favourable comment on anything Roku, depend on only 1 way of direct communication.  Email. 

I noticed that if you are privvy to this specific piece of information, it was not shared in your post.  That would have been helpful to myself and other posters, as I have not found any e-mail address for Roku on any Roku site.
