These people sell me product, don't turn it on, and keep the money! What s going on? And they don't answer their phone and don't provide an email number which they've promised

Roku sucks. Volume issues, battery draining, no customer support. I will never endorse Roku ever. What can I say this Roku up is just horrible.

I've looked at your previous posts. You posted about battery issues. A Roku employee asked you some questions that you never answered.
Here's a hint: if you want help, cooperate with the person helping. Don't just start whining and refusing to cooperate and provide information.

If you follow the set up correctly you won’t have any problems. I would start it over and make sure you are plugged into the wall outlet as tv power many times isn’t strong enough to power
They contacted me and I gave them all the info they asked for. No response. So that is why I say what I say and stand by my feelings.
