Kudos in Roku community

Jump to solution

Roku has a large, very large, community that interacts with each other frequently through community posts.  Many of these posts share user feedback on different devices and key features.  Through these posts, users ask questions which are answered by Roku support as well as other Ruku users.

How come, the number of kudos is so small appreciating fellow users for posting a good comment or question or even replying to your question or solving your issue based on their experience or knowledge?

How can we promote a better community culture of appreciation?

In my case I didn't even realize that the kudos feature existed until I started to receive kudos. Also, some users might not be technical enough to recognize that a comment is worthy of a kudos. If a thread has too many comments for me to read in a short amount of time it cuts down on potential kudos from me or other users.
