On the Community pages, listed under My Devices, is my Roku Ultra and my Smart Soundbar. Yesterday I replaced my old Roku Ultra with a new Roku Ultra LT, but My Devices still lists my Roku Ultra and my Smart Soundbar. How do I change it so my new Roku Ultra LT is displayed instead of the Roku Ultra I no longer have?
@jockoe I don't think you can. My list of devices has been wrong for a long time. When I login to my account the correct devices are listed and when I click on an accessory item it shows my correct devices for compatibility. It is old and outdated on the Community page.

@HDMIGuy I've unlinked the Roku Ultra in my roku.com account, cleared my browser cache and restarted the browser. Still lists the Ultra and not my Ultra LT, so you are probably correct. Thank you for the reply.
Yep, mine still lists the old 3600 Stick, which I gave to my grandson several years ago. That Stick is now registered to his parent's account, not mine. But it's still listed on my Community page. As you noted, it's not listed under my account for active devices, but it's still on the Community site here. And not all of the eight devices I do still have are listed here either.
The software Roku chose for their community forum doesn't really work well. I have no idea if they're researching any changes, but I would certainly recommend it.
Roku actually solicited input about this on the forum a while back. Nothing ever came of it. My device listing is so far out of date it's not funny. That's why I list my current devices in my signature.
I hope their choice of Khoros support software gives them some real benefits from their end, as it sucks from the consumers' side IMHO.
For a long time, I had no devices listed and didn’t know anything even should be listed. It was a Roku moderator PMing me about my list of devices that let me know such a thing should (automatically) exist. There were a few more rounds of PMs like: How about now? Nope… Then my list appeared. But it has never changed.
