I set up the Roku on my tv. It took 10 minutes(it was working). When my wife later tried to use, I had to go through setup ( again and it was working). The next morning it wanted me to go back to setup. Rather than going through set up again, I just put up the old Roku that had previously been used and it worked.
I am at the point that I think I should just return it.
Danny, I am ready to return my Roku. Being unable to speak to a live ROKU support person is beyond stupid. I have an issue with closed caption all of a sudden which I have been unable to resolve. This is a brand new unit and I refuse to have to pay to get my problem resolved. For two days I have been trying.
