I have two TVs in my home. In my bedroom, I have a Roku device plugged into my TV. Then my son bought me a TV and I have a device plugged into this one. I believe I have two accounts and wish to know now that I need to pay my subscriptions) again, how to use just one device.
Do I need to pay twice to have Roku on two TVs?

@spankster21, unless you have a good reason to have multiple Roku accounts (like you want different channels/apps on each device), I'd suggest factory resetting one of the devices and linking it to the account of the other device.
Purchases and subscriptions paid through Roku are tied to the Roku account. All devices linked to the same Roku account will have access to those purchases/subscriptions. If you have subscriptions paid directly to a provider (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) then you can use them on any Roku device linked to any Roku account.
I can't get any program to come on. The only thing I get is " There is a problem connecting to the network.
When I go to the settings, it says everything is fine.
I placed an order today for two (2) Roku Ultra wi-fi packages. I did not receive your confirmation that you processed the order. Did you process my order ?

We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device.
I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot to isolate the issue.

@Olstumproad1986, do you still have a Roku device? You can see what account it's linked to by looking under Settings->System->About for the email address. Use that email address to log in at https://my.roku.com
