I have been waiting for agent support over a $50 wrongbilling and NO ONE will answer!
I have been billed wrongfully and no one will respond to my chat requests.. there was a 2 month promotion which did NOT END TILL2/20 and Roku billed me $50 a month early. THIS IS WRONG!
ROKU HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE they are onlyinterested in getting your money.
