Roku has obviously sub contracted work to these “experts”, for 5 dollars. And you can pay them to tell you what you already looked up on YouTube. It’s a joke,
Why I got to keep typing the same thing you know what I am talking about. The key word is I can't get bet+2nd episode of the Oval and you are charging me for some channel allbk that I didn't request.

For content related issues, you will need to contact the channel provider. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

I have a question about billing. For every roku connection device that you buy for older sets not Roku compatible, are you charged $ 9.99 a month for each device as I am being charged
@GWilbor, there is no charge to use a Roku. There are paid subscriptions through Roku, but they're optional and tied to your Roku account, so one subscription would be valid on every device linked to the same Roku account.
