How do I update the "My Roku Devices" setting in my Roku Community settings?

I just noticed that my Community profile is just showing a 3600 stick, probably my oldest device that I used when I first created my Community profile.   I could not find a place to update the "My Roku Devices" list to add my other devices.  They are all showing up in the linked devices inventory in the account, but they are not showing up in the "My Roku Devices" frame and I can't find where to update the information.  Any guidance would be appreciated.

This information is pulled from your Roku user account. You can remove old devices or provide a more detailed name for each device on your user account web site. https://my.roku.com

Re: How do I update the "My Roku Devices" setting in my Roku Community settings?

I just see the “My linked devices” section in the Roku account configuration, which had accurate info,  but the “my Roku Devices” displayed in my Roku Communities listed only reflects what I had at the time I set up this account some time ago, which was 1 3600x stick.  How can I have my Roku Community account reflect my devices like yours does?

It displays all roku's you might have had at one time, there is no way to eliminate older one no longer in service. It means nothing, just live with it.

I just checked what shows here in the forum for me, as well as the Linked Devices shown on my Roku user account. Neither place shows the Roku 4 was formerly listed that I gave to my granddaughter. Once I unlinked it it was no longer shown on my user web page. Of course, that change pre-dates the release of this version of the forum, so perhaps it's not refreshing itself.

Re: How do I update the "My Roku Devices" setting in my Roku Community settings?

It lists for me a 3810x, 3810rw, 3800, 4670, and 3910x all I no longer own, but did at one time. Which I find here:

https://community.roku.com/t5/Roku-Player-Support/ct-p/product-support-2

If I go into me account none of those are listed anymore. here at the bottom of this page:

Weird. No idea why it doesn't show my removed devices but yours does.

Re: How do I update the "My Roku Devices" setting in my Roku Community settings?

The only "My Roku Devices" showing up in my Roku Community account is one of my 3600 sticks, which may have been the first I purchased (~2017?).  I expected to see all or at least some of my linkedin devices but I don't.  Also, my main Roku account shows all of the linked devices properly, but they are not showing up in the "My Roku Devices" frame in my Roku Community account.  Is there a place to update this information?  Where is the info being pulled from for the Roku Community account?  Any guidance would be appreciated.

I would assume it's pulling the information from our user account. I never entered any device information anywhere in the forum itself. But I too have noticed that none of my devices are now being listed on the forum main page. My guess (and that's all it is) is that there's been an issue with it pulling the data from our user account, so they've turned the display off for the time being. I know in the past it was showing everything on my account, although I do think there was a limit to how many devices were shown. I seem to recall it was missing one of mine, but since nothing is currently displayed I can't verify it.
