How do I change my username here in the help/support community? I've looked at every page and option, there's only options to change your email or avatar???

Thanks for the inquiry.

Once you have created a profile and username in the Community, you will be unable to change the username.

If @kevsgirl1013 (or @nolongerkevsgirl) changes her email address on the community (say she created a new email address from a free service such as Gmail.com, Outlook.com, Yahoo.com, or some other such), can she then create a new account using her current email address? Or would that also change her email address on her Roku account?

But, even if it did, would she be able to create a new Roku account with her current email address? Or is the current email address locked even if she changes the address on the Community account?
