My profile shows only the Roku stick I purchased several months ago. I recently purchased a TCL Roku TV. How do I add it to my list of devices?

Did you link it to the same Roku account?  What email address shows up in Settings->System->About on each Roku?

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, the same email is used for both the stick and the TV.

Does it show up under "My linked devices" at https://my.roku.com or are you referring to your profile on this forum?

Yes, it does show up under my linked devices from my account page. It just doesn't show up in my Community profile.

Do you use exactly the same credentials to login to the Community as your account at my.roku.com?

To add your new Roku TV to the list of devices on your Community profile, follow these steps:

1. Visit the website or platform where your Community profile is located.

2. Log in to your account using your credentials.

3. Navigate to your profile or account settings. Look for an option that allows you to manage or edit your devices.

4. In the device management section, you should find an option to add a new device or update your existing device list. Click on that option.

5. Select the appropriate device category or type. In this case, choose "Roku TV" or a similar option.

6. Provide the necessary details about your Roku TV. This may include the device name, model number, or any other relevant information.

7. Save your changes or confirm the addition of the new device to your profile.

8. Verify that the device has been successfully added by checking your profile or device list. It should now display your Roku TV among the listed devices.

Danny, I thought I'd make you aware that I replaced my Roku3 with the 4800R Ultra a couple of years ago and while it shows up in my profile, my community page still shows the Roku 3. And while it's not a big deal, its clear there's a syncing problem between personal information and the community site. Thanks

Logging into my profile I don't see a manage device category anywhere. The only place the Roku model can be shown is in the signature. If its not in profile preferences, please explain where you're seeing this. Thanks
