Have used a Harmony universal remote for years. Just bought the Roku Ultra and am wondering why the Harmony scans Roku as a music device and if anyone has had that problem. The universal remote won’t work for the Ultra due to this error. Nothing on Harmony site…assumes scan is correct. Learning doesn’t seem applicable either, the hub isn’t learning. Every other device continues to work well. Any insights appreciated.
