The ROKU Support Website is broken and you can not email them.

The support system is broken. You will receive a response "There was an error submitting your request. Please try again." over and over...

I reced the error on my Android phone and my PC.

I tried using my S9 phone and an HP Computer with the same results. Very frustrating.

I have not tried the option again. I was able to get my Roku TV to work with AMC+.

I'm having the same problem but my things is that. I wonder if the Roku device is getting to hot by being tape to the the TV, table or where ever you has it position. The roku device has a  interrputions all the time. I'm getting tired of it. But otherwise I like using Roku devices. Just commenting on that customer support issue is not the problem take it to the device department.
