When going to Q1 2021 Sharehoder Letter from the Investor Relations page I get the message 

"You are not authorized to access this page". I can access on my phone but not from my laptop. Anyone 

else had this problem?

Well I don't get it.  Tried going by using link you provided but ended up with the same message. Thanks

for your reply. I guess it's something to do with laptop that the site doesn't like!

Works for me.

I find that when I get a message like that, I can clear all cookies for that site and the problem usually goes away.

It looks like a Microsoft Word document. Do you have that software on your laptop?

No I am using an Apple laptop connected via wireless.  My iMac is being repaired. But when using the 

iMac I have never had this problem. It's a puzzle. I get the iMac back next week.  It's difficult to find a 

phone number to speak with anyone at Roku.  Thanks for your reply.

THANK YOU! I removed a Roku cookie and that solved the problem.
