Music?
Well, right now, I'm listening to Dance of the Blessed Spirits, as performed by the Munich Chamber Orchestra. So, no, I'm not particularly excited about the list of halftime performers.
Snacks?
Nachos. Nachos rule.

I don't watch the Super Bowl, at least directly. I end up serving snacks and even lunch/dinner via my Itaki Cookers and the separate more traditional rice cooker. This year I chose the simple, but still very hearty, Beef Stroganoff by the "Cool Cucumber Cook" channel on basic YouTube. Be sure to stream it on your Roku before the game!
Beef Stroganoff | Itaki Pro Electric Lunch Box Recipe
Jul 31, 2021-Charm your lunch buddies with this beef stroganoff cooked in the itaki. Layer the ingredients in the metal bowl accordingly. Remember the noodles have to be at the bottom to be cooked properly. You need mushrooms in this recipe but peas are optional. I just love the green it brings to the dish. Use the Better Than Bouillon to create an easy stock just by adding water. Who wants to bring along a jug of beef stock to work? Sour cream adds a final touch that is necessary. You need to bring it along with you. Enjoy the admiring looks around you when it's time for lunch!
