Manage a return looks for my order then Says can not find
Offers me to enter order # manually which I do and still can not find
Which should not be because I can find all My order information listed in device purchase history
No direct e mail address for roku support listed
Roku Tel support # no longer taking Calls
Roku support please contact me ! So I can return Defective device
