There is no customer service number. Roku does not offer phone support.
Keep in mind that we are limited to these forums and email to get assistance from the Roku personnel here since around March, 2020. The next television or device I buy, I will make sure I can get assistance (their own official phone number, Chat, whatever) from the actual manufacturer of the unit. I will purchase access to the paid subscription channel/apps only through the official Website of the official corporation entity only. Not from Roku anymore. I will think of/treat them as simply the developers/maintainers of the Roku system. Or the gatekeepers of their app store. Nothing more.
You should too as well.
There is no phone support from Roku. For some devices you can get support on this page:
Also, there are many users here that can try to assist if we know what the problem is, and what model Roku you have. Please provide the model number, not the device name.
Is 816-272-8106 a Roku support phone number because this is the number being given out by ONN TV customer support (844-334-2355) for Roku issues. Things is, I don't see this number anywhere on this site. So is it right or not? If it's wrong, someone from Roku needs to set ONN customer service straight pretty quickly.
Is that the number that if you call it you'll get the "We're not answering due to the situation" nonsense? Just give up trying to find phone support. Roku doesn't believe in such a thing.
I wasn't trying to find support. Someone in a social media group I was in was claiming they were scammed by ONN Roku TVs. I'm pretty sure he just screwed up dialing either the ONN number or the Roku number ONN gives out but I wanted to pin down that this is definitely a number that is still in Roku's control and not one they previously had and now no longer do. The number is buried in their web page's source code but no longer displayed anywhere. If they gave up the number, it could have been picked up by a scammer so I wanted confirmation from Roku this is still a number that belongs to them. They can certainly say it is but that they don't take calls there now due to the situation. I wouldn't call a number anyway. I prefer email to phone or text chat
Well what a stupid freaking system you have set up. No, wait it's brilliant. You provide **bleep** service and you don't have to actually help people deal with it. Please tell me why when I log into stream ID it still has everything locked? It shouldn't be this god dang complicated. I should follow the directions furnished and your **bleep** should work. Here we are though, me having to type this bullcrap out hoping at some point, someone might send me a helpfull response.
You still haven't stated what your problem is, and what model Roku you are using. "Stream ID" doesn't return any channel in the store. What country are you in? That too can have a bearing on the issue.
