This roku website stinks. First, after clicking on something there is a delay of a few seconds before you can navigate on the new page. Second, why is it so hard to find what is in my account?I have looked and looked to find my account information and I CANT FIND IT!!!!!!! Every place you go to there is nothing but a search function that doesn't answer my questions. And, its just a plain boring website. There is no support. Covid 19 is being used as an excuse. Everyone else in the world is working from home. Why can't the support people work from home? Probably because management wants to save a buck at the expense of their customers. I am seriously re-thinking my roku purchase.
Overall I think that whoever developed this web site should be fired for making it so difficult to use.

You might note that in your OP, you stated "I am seriously re-thinking my roku purchase." Thus his comment. Probably not best to resort to personal attacks here.
Also, has has been mentioned, this is a community support forum, so people may be able to help you if you'd actually state what the problem is for you rather than just complaining.
Rather tasteless personal attack. There are some issues I had with Roku. I learned to adjust and or live with those same issues. It's still far better than the cable alternative.

If you come looking for a fight you're going to find a fight and NOT get your question answered. I see statements like yours and I think oh I know the answer but with an attitude like that I would rather they re-think their purchase and stop being a Roku customer. There are enough whining babies already using Rokus.
