Has anyone else felt like Roku is avoiding customer assistance by not providing a phone number. I think the company needs to provide a live support method.
The pitiful list of customer questions the website provides do not cover individual issues.
I would like to make a one-time payment by another method, and can't get an answer on the website.

Roku support is abysmal. Worst I have ever encountered since it is non existent. Horrible that you cannot even access the contact on home page under subject. Something is wrong with the system. I need accounting/billing information immediately! Why is there someone else's name on my monthly charge?
