Suggest a Feature hard to find

I know the "Suggest a Feature" section is available, but there is no easy way to get to it. I can't find a clickable link on the main menu. Did I miss it?

I've never seen anything like that....

In the meantime what is the feature?

The developers do monitor these discussions.

On a forum page if scroll all the way down  it will be last thing on the left, it won't be there if you're in a thread.
