"Noob" is a more cutesy tern for another slang term,  namely "newby."  I don't care for either one.  I prefer to address the person or organization by the name they want to be used by others.  After all, what"s in a name?  No one takes them too seriously anymore.  With all the usernames and aliases floating aound now

You're new, but have reached Level 7? OK. Smiley Frustrated

But welcome to the forum. You'll hear a lot of bad stuff and problems here, but that's what these forums are for.

@_Rebecca

did you follow my link??? https://youtu.be/6KSiyaqnZYs

A Great  Deal of new people here Whom have never posted anything get a Level 7 rating.

which quickly moves up to 8.

Many start at Level 1.  inexplicably.

If you follow the link I posted you might see I was trying to be Welcoming and friendly.

I dont understand how that got confused.
