I have have tried to email support multiple times no response as well as tried to call and they don't talk to you. This is the 3rd roku I bought since summer and it keeps telling me there was a problem with playback I did everything including factory reset. Nothing works. This company has gone way down hill.

We'd like to gather more information about the issue you're running into. What Roku model device are you using? What exactly is the issue that you are experiencing? Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?

I've owned Roku since you first started.  I'm an 88-year-old retired professor of religion (woman) and you are not giving me my prime Video which I pay for or BritBox which I also pay for.  I hate passwords - wait till you are 88 years old - and techs today should use fingerprints not this **bleep** password garbage.  I'd like to watch my Prime Video (which I can see i my bedroom) and my Britbox (which I can no longer see since Prine Video screwed me over - never mind - just please let me talk to a human being.  I won't bite.  Your robot may cause me at my age to have a stroke, but my son is truly brilliant  and we'll work it out.

I have Gaim on Roku and it comes up asks who it is.
I click.  But no menu comes up. just a blank screen.
My Prime and Netflix work fine.

@boldstrummer1 can you be a bit more specific? Are you saying a game on your player isn't working? Which one? Exactly what model Roku do you have? Look under Settings/System/About and find the model number.

I can’t make the no PIN number buy a channel. I have tried it all kinds of ways.

I have this problem with one of my four units and I believe it's caused by distance from the transmitter (or whatever you're using to transmit your signal) The one I have trouble with is upstairs.  Signal passing thru I'd say 4 walls, etc.  Many stops because I think it's buffering, but may be low signal (which I think mine is).  Even with a WiFi extender upstairs, I'm still having problems.  Sooooo, I just ordered a new (I hope better) WiFi extender.  I'll see.  I'm very tired of this and wish I hadn't "cut" the cable.  Going back to "AWSUM" after 2 years have passed.
