Comcast imposes a 2TB limit per month on streaming. More and more programs are available in UHD, but are not worth using the bandwidth to stream/view in UHD. My Home Theater with a JVC 790 projector has UHD-HDR capabilities and the ROKU ULTRA is set to automatically match the JVCs capabilities and UHD-HDR looks great. How can I easily and quickly set the ROKU to stream only HD and thereby reduce my total bytes per month?
The simplest way is to manually configure Settings/Display type=720p or 1080p.
Some app/services also have resolution/bitrate settings (NetFlix/Disney+) but not all.
