Get Streamed Videos to computer or Android Phone?

Is there any way to transfer downloaded videos on RoKu player to my computer or Android phone?

All i know how to transfer to computer, like this one , but it was just that they were on my Android, and they were uploaded to the computer with other messages.

Roku has no downloaded videos. It is a streamer, nothing else. It does not store any media on the device itself, so has nothing it can send to another device. When it is powered off (by unplugging it), there is nothing stored but the channel software.
